[SOLVED]I have a peculiar problem on my screen..

See those lines?
I don't know how to fix that problem.

I tried to restart, turn on/off my screen, tried to unplug the hdmi cable...
I don't know what else to try.

It is probably a bad cable but possible your graphics card is failing.

Lines on the display usually means a faulty graphics card.
Can you plug the hdmi lead into a tv to check if its the graphics card or the monitor thats faulty.
Also could you give more information on your system spec including monitor.

these are my specs.
I don't believe it's my graphics card since I don't see any lines while, for example, I'm using chrome.
They only show up while opening images or using netflix or youtube.

Try turning off "hardware acceleration" in chrome to see if that makes a difference

Solved it. It was the HDMI cable.
