I have just checked CPUID HWmonitor and it seems my video card uses 1.5 milion V 1.7 milion at max. Is it normal to show it like this?

Video card: RX 460 4gb oc (haven't clocked it or something else)

Other pc info: CPU AMD FX 4350, 8gb ram, motherboard asus m5a78l-usb3, PSU SEGOTEP Nuclear Aircraft Carrier 520W H9 PLUS+ 85+

Edit. Here's a print screen of it http://i.imgur.com/hwG1MoA.jpg

(ps: sorry I did not know where to post this)

Solution
Just a sensor or software error. Obviously not possible. Even the most hardened consumer electronics would be destroyed instantly by such a high voltage.

Alright, thank you! I have just taken a sceenshot of GPU-Z as well. Do you see anything wrong with it here? sensor or idk, is the voltage shown correctly now? (I know nothing about this :S) http://imgur.com/a/mqVc9

I have no idea, but my old video card also was around 300 on standby/idle/you name it. I don't know more though.
