My problem is I get the above error and I don't even have Wi-Fi on this desktop. I also have WLAN disabled in Services an anything else that is wireless related.

That error will come accompanied by a LwtNetLog ID Error 3 also...they seem to be related.

What could cause this? W10 has stayed up to date along with everything else OS related.

Please Advise.

Solution
Searching Kernel Event Tracing errors found the reason for the WiFiSession error...in Performance Monitor>Data Collector Sets>Startup Event Trace Sessions..I found WiFi Session was enabled thus giving errors on startup..disabling this feature stopped those errors.

Are you experiencing any problems? what is happening?

If you aren't having any problem, why are you looking in event viewer?

Event viewer will always have errors, even if your system id running perfectly. A brand new system will have errors, they aren't major things.

You’re sure to see some errors and warnings in the Event Viewer, even if your computer is working fine.

The Event Viewer is designed to help system administrators keep tabs on their computers and troubleshoot problems. If there isn’t a problem with your computer, the errors in here are unlikely to be important. For example, you’ll often see errors that indicate a program crashed at a specific time, which may have been weeks ago.

To be honest I usually check the Event Viewer about once a week...to stay abreast of what's happening. I even have a small program that erases those errors to be able to see what has been cropping up (from TenForums) from time to time. This particular one has of lately been a regular visitor. I would say curiosity more than anything else prompted me to pose the question. What I am now thinking is W10 updates an it's way of checking itself somehow looks for things that are not even there an posts an error.

It's hard to say really about the problems because it does seem from week to week strange things happen like the time sync will go out of kilter...but as we all know just going online these days is an adventure because of all the people that think malware is a fun toy...I've had things 'back door' me..things as innocent as PunkBuster (or seemingly innocent) because I do game a lot...seems like a hacker somehow used PB as an avenue to come through the Fire
Wall...Hitman Pro found that (it was causing a random shutdown to windows log in) you just never know what is going to happen really. Went to an auto parts store on Chrome and it took me to a porn site and this was a well known parts company. Danger seems to lurk around every corner these days with so many people knowing more an more about writing code.
So to be honest, with all the stupid hacking going on you just never know. I try to stay 'pro-active' about it and when I see things that start popping up that weren't there previously...it is a tad alarming.

LwtNetLog.etl is a type of ETL file associated with Microsoft Windows developed by Microsoft Corporation for the Windows Operating System. ETL stands for Microsoft Event Trace Log File.

seems something is logging your non existent WiFi connection.

Maybe tenforums might have a clue as to how to stop it - I saw you posted there as well.
