Windows 10 Home Fresh Install (Pre-Install Drivers)

So i have an MSI Laptop (MSI GE60 2QD Apache) that i'd like to sell. Re-installing windows is not the problem but what i want to know if if its possible to pre-install drivers where i don't have to go through the process of setting up an account/login. For example i have installed windows i then sell it. When the buyer starts it up they get the "Get Going Fast" Introduction screen and once they have gone through the setup and have just entered the Windows 10 desktop. Is it possible to have all the drivers pre-installed before getting to that point?

If you do a factory restore, all the drivers will be on the system like it came from the factory.
