Will my old mount work on the new tv

I have a mf215b1 mount and a ln40a550p3fxza Samsung tv I think it's over the limit and should get a new one I'm hoping not because I would like to save the money for the ultra wide I plan on putting there but if the tv fell it would take out the monitors under it and it would be worth the buy. Originally it was for a 32"

From what I can figure, that mount is good for up to 39" TV's and 60 Lbs.
Your TV is 40" and approx 52 Lbs.
I'd try it, but be aware that you're pushing it
