New Monitor - Should I send this back (Pic in link)?

Hi guys,

Just got my first IPS panel (Asus MX27AQ) and I'm not sure if what I have is expected "IPS Glow", or backlight bleed.

Can you offer advise on whether I should be sending this panel back?
