should i get freesync,gsync or normal monitor(1080p)

Get 1060. And a nice 144hz(or more) G-Sync monitor.

I would recommend rx 480 8gb for the long run, not because it has 2 gb more memory over 1060 but because it has much better DX12 support, Vulkan support and vr dupport.
You cant SLI a gtx 1060.
Rx 480 can be crossfired.
rx 480 all the way for future preference and upcoming games.
