DELL s2240l and s2216h. Do they have the same dimensions?

hi..

I already own an s2240l.
Planning to buy another monitor.
Want both the monitors to have the same dimensions as i am planning for a triple monitor setup.
A difference in the height(display area) of the two monitors results in an uneven triple monitor setup.

The reason i am not just buying another 40l is because its out of stock and 16h is newer.

So the question is will the s2216h meet the above requirements?
Also they have a difference of 1ms response time. Would that matter in a triple monitor setup?

Hi..

I already own a Dell s2240l.

Dell s2240l = 7ms response time.
Dell s2216h = 6ms response time.

Will gaming on such kinda triple monitor setup work.?
If yes, Does that require some kinda tweaking or anything for that matter?
