Black screen after switching psu

Hi, ive had some problems with the pc freezing / shutting itslef down randomly without warning and figured it might be a psu problem, after getting a new psu for testing im getting a black screen after motherboard splash. The screen seem to turn of and on once after the splash and just stays there forever black. No cursor no nothing. Ive tried resering bios but nothing happened. Any ideas ?
