LG or Samsung?

i want 1080p 60hz and there are 2 monitors at the same price and i dont know which one should i buy

LG 24MP58VQ (5ms IPS)
Samsung S24E390HL (4ms PLS)
so which is more trusted?

I mean that LG has a refresh rate of 75hz, which is 25% faster than the Samsung.
Seems like a very clear and easy choice to me.

They do seem dramatically more expensive than what they are worth. I don't believe more than $150 should be paid for a 1080p monitor without adaptive sync or a 144hz refresh rate.

what does that mean --Vertical Refresh Rate 56 - 75 Hz-- shouldn't it be 75 or 60? so that does that mean?
