cant apply nvidia monitor overclock

when i try to oc my 60hz monitor to about 75 or even when i put it on 1hz more it says out of range. the screen dont becomes black but the out of range error in the center of the monitor is annoying. please help me with this

It's likely your monitor is not capable of anything higher than 60 hertz. That's what you are getting no signal.
