Nvidia vsync, fast sync screen tearing help

Hello!
I've got a problem: i have screen tearing in Overwatch.
The questions are:
1)how do i fix it ?
2) what is better vsync fast sync or adaptive vsync ?
3)what method has the smallest input lag ?
My setup: I5-6500, gtx960 (2gb),8GB ram
Monitor: LG 24MP88HV-S (IPS, 60hz)

Try VSync and triple-buffering enabled with a pre-rendered frame of 1, if possible. That can reduce input lag.
