Should I go for Windows 10?

I know Windows 10 still has a long time before it becomes unsupported. This is why I have this question.

I'm building a pretty low end system for basic home use and was wondering if Windows 7 is still a viable option. I don't want to build this system and then within a few months have 7 stop being supported by Microsoft. Any help?

For how much could you get w7 btw?

If your new system uses kaby lake you will need windows 10. Windows 7 shows stability problems by Tom's hardware testing.

It isn't using Kaby Lake. The budget doesn't support that
