My PC takes 20 mins to start

CPU - Pentium Dual-core CPU E5700
RAM - DDR3 1333 2GB
Windows 7 64 bit
My Pc takes exactly 20 mins to start.
when I installed windows 7 newly on this pc on first 2-3 startup's it started normally.
But after that is takes 20 mins to start it just shows windows logo.
i tried google but no proper answer to that.

Am curious what EXACT did you Google for? Because if you asked Google "why does it take my pc 20 minutes to start" that question is too generic, you will get 5 zillions hits.

FULL STORY please. This PC works just fine and all of a sudden? Something changed, what happened to it BEFORE it works and AFTER doesn't.

I wager you installed something, want to confess?
