I recently needed to free up some space on my MSI GE62 Apache. Unfortunately after deleting the files when I try to start my MSI the computer only shows the "MSI" image and then goes into a "thinking" state. I am able to see and move my cursor.
I have tried to download Windows 10 to a USB drive. Currently I have gotten to a point where it has asked me to enter in a password (its not to log in and from what I've read online its the BIOS password, which I do not have. I may be able to get back to that screen if necessary.
Since I am some what of an amateur (obviously) I don't feel comfortable disassembling my computer.
I am hoping someone can help. I also wanted to note this computer was originally purchased through Upgrade King and has had customization.
I also should add I don't mind losing any files that may be on my computer.
