Computer won't start and no signal on monitor keeps blinking

I don't know what to do, every 10 seconds it blinks saying "no signal" and I've unplugged everything from my monitor and computer and tried unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds- 1 minute and held the on button and still no luck. I've tried to turn on my computer several times and it's still not working
