Need some suggestions about this build.

Have this pc build as recommendation for my friend, no need of overclocking here. He need it to be based on gtx 1050 ti and can give about slightly more than 400$ but not more then 450$. Here is the stuff:

Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz
Asus H110M-E/M.2 Micro ATX LGA1151
Crucial 8GB DDR4-2133 Memory (later he will buy another one)
MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Video Card
SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
DIYPC MA08-BK MicroATX Mini Tower Case

Besides that. Everything looks good. If I could, I'd recommend swapping to a B250M motherboard for extra features. But that's out of your price range unfortunately.
