Monitor Arm Help For a Visually Impaired User

Hello, I am legally blind and have only a little vision. When I use a computer I have to bend and lean in, leading to horrible posture, and think a monitor arm will help.
I am thinking of buying this AmazonBasics monitor arm - https://goo.gl/WYfJG0 I'm looking for help to see if this clamp would fit my desk which I have included pictures of - http://imgur.com/a/bh46f The desk edge sort of slants down so I am curious if anyone has experience with these clamps and if it would fit on the back of this desk. Thanks in advance, please let me know if the pictures need to be retaken.

Please make sure your monitor is capable of being mounted, it will need VESA mounts to do so. (4 screw holes on the back of the monitor)

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I've been looking at the Samsung curved monitors and they are VESA capable. I just struggle looking at the pictures of the clamp to see if it would work with my desk. I'm hoping someone with this monitor arm or similar clamps could chime in!
