Flickering secondary VGA monitor on higher GPU usage - GTX 770

Hello,
I'm using two monitor setup. One connected as HDMI and the other one to DVI using VGA to DVI adapter with VGA cable (it's vga monitor). I'm using GTX 770 graphics card, switched from gts 450.
When I start up any game the second monitor starts flickering, it's noticable on gray or black background/images. It looks like single horizontal lines over the whole screen, not that many of them but you can see them.
I did try it on two vga monitors, the same thing. Also two vga to dvi adapters, the same thing.
What would cause such issue?

I had a similar issue. I was going from displayport to DVi using an adaptor. After trying drivers and load of other things, I have changed the adaptor and now it's perfect.

Could also be the VGA lead.

I would try those.

The point is that I changed the adapter and the same thing happens. I'll try with different VGA cable.

Changing VGA cable doesn't help.
