Nothing is working except Google Chrome and Microft Edge

Hi!
I am having a problem.
Nothing internet related works on my computer except Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
When I open internet explorer I get: this page can’t be displayed.
All things like skype don´t work.
What I have tried:
- I have used any advanced antivirus / rootkits adware cleaners.
- Flush DNS
- Winsock Reset
- unchecking proxy stuff

please help me!

Have you tried a clean boot? it will show if its a start up program or windows causing this

Try setting up a new local account and see if it has same problems

if local fixes it, you can make it admin and copy the folders from normal user in c/users/username over top of new user and it will have same access. It doesn't take long to get back to where you were from here.

I tried your second solution, didn´t work.

does windows update work?

could try sfc/DISM
right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its complete, copy/Paste this into same window (needs to be exact)
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC cleans systm files, DISM cleans the image that SFC uses to clean files, so if SFC had files it couldn't fix before, run it again after DISM and restart PC

It may not help but it can't hurt

How didn't it work? did it finish or did it show an error?

You might be best thinking about doing a reset but if dism failed the reset may not work.

Backup anything on C you don't want to loose first.
Go to settings/update & security/recovery/advanced start up - Press restart now button
this loads advanced start up
choose troubleshoot
choose reset this PC
choose save files/settings (this keeps library folders like documents, music, pictures, movies; Settings include logins) or Wipe it all
Either choice win 10 will restart and reinstall win 10 as new

everything works on linux

Have you checked you have latest lan drivers for motherboard as it could be a driver issue. linux just proves its not hardware but I never had thought it was.

Also dont work, I have 0 virusses.
Another thing, my pc time changes every time I startup (1 hour back)
