Asrock h61m-hvs weird cpu compatibility

I have the Asrock h61m-hvs motherboard and I was thinking about updating my i3-2100 to a 2nd or 3rd gen i5 or i7 and I've noticed very strange cpu compatibility. All the I7 2nd and 3rd gen are supported on this mobo which is great. However, when it comes to the i5 its a different story.

1. i5-3570+i5-3570s not on the list even though i5-3570K+i5-3570T are supported
2. i5-3550s not on the list even though i5-3550 is supported
3. i5-3450s not on the list even though i5-3450 is supported
4. i5-3330s not on the list even though i5-3330 is supported

Is this just a mistake or did they just forget to add those cpus. Is it ok if I buy one of the cpus that's not on list and try it with the mobo or should I just avoid any cpu that is not on the list.
Thanks for any insight about this, it will help me understand mobos better.

here is a link to the supported list http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H61M-HVS/?cat=CPU

Thanks for your reply. I'll do what you said. I just find it weird that the mobo can support i5-3570k which can be overclocked and consume more watt and still can't support i5-3570 which is the same processor without overclocking ability.
