Every time I insert a flash dive in my laptop windows 10 goes into a blue screen and reboot? Please any help

Every time i insert a flash drive to do a backup or to get a file from the flash Drive Widows goes to a blue screen and start rebooting.

can you download and run who crashed - it will create a summary of the error and might show cause

Copy/paste summary in here and I see what I can do
