GTX 1070 FE strange (?) idle temp reading

Hi there, so this is my gpu's idle temp from gpu-z:

it's all nice BUT sometimes (marked places) it drops like 5-6 degrees for 1 second only and then comes back to normal, so it's like : 41-41-36-41-41-41-37-41-41 etc. for one second only. the hell is this? should I be worried? ;(

also happens in load, so it's like 82-82-77-82-82-82-76-82-82

Are there any lag spikes or fps drops when it's happening?

nope, haven't noticed anything like it. also clocks are stable, 1506 base and 2003.4 memory
and in idle as you can see, stable 139 and 202.5

You will be fine, it's probably just something in the background changing the load which then changes the temps.
