Alright I'm by no means a pro but I would advise maybe looking into either one of the 2 a gtx 1050ti which is right at your budget or a gtx 950 which is a decent card for the money and is cheaper. I'm not sure if you want the ram included in your budget as well but I would personally choose the gtx 1050ti for that cpu and Def upgrade maybe to 8 gigs of ram but if adding ram to the budget choose the 950 I don't think you'll have much problems at that resolution fps wise. Now if your wanting an amd card an rx 460 would be my choice. In my personal opinion I say Nvidia for this choice the 1050ti is an awesome card you'll be happy either way. But Def upgrade to 8 gb or ram 2 x 4.

Not much to ram, ram is ram. You have 4 slots right? And two of them are occupied. So you could add 2x4gb, and have 12gb total. I'd just match whatever you have. If it's 1600 then get more 1600, etc. Speccy is a good free program to let you see what you have and what specs it has.

On the videocard, you are running 1600x1200, which is very close to the same workload as 1080p. So for a game like Fallout 4 a 1050 Ti is the most powerful within your budget of the new cards. It's also easy on the power requirements, which is nice. You have an i5 so you could get good use out of a 1050 Ti as opposed to something like an RX 460 or regular 1050.

It's worth it I would say Def for that amount of money and be sure to upgrade your ram to 8 or maybe 12 as don't listen to me said but the superclocked maybe adds just a few fps I wouldnt say a whole lot but me my self I would I do the superclocked just bc its faster when I buy a gpu I want it to be the best of that gpu if you know what I mean. And yeah your pc can handle the superclocked it just over clocks it from the factory that's all

Patriot 8GB(2x4GB) Viper III DDR3 1600MHz (PC3 12800) CL9 Desktop Memory With Saphire Blue Heatsink- PV38G160C9KBL

This is the ram i think I'm adding to what I have is it compatible with the ram I currently have they're both 1600MHz isn't that supposed to match as well as being DDR3

You should make sure your system has at least 8Gb of ram fitted to it.
You picked a pretty bad time to be doing a ram upgrade as the price of memory per GB has increased quiet a bit lately.

As for your graphics card, you could go for a low end Nvidia or Amd graphics card like a 1050 card as mentioned or a 1060 card. All with direct X 12 capability.

With Amd your looking at something in the range of a RX 460, or RX 470 card.
If your not to fussy or bothered if the card can do DX 12 textures ect.

Then I would look for a second hand card via ebay auction ect of a 300 series card maybe a 280 or 280x card.

I was also going to mention that I have a gtx 1060 3gb for sell as I'm upgrading to a r9 fury I'm not sure if we can sell stuff on these forums but if your interested let me know I'll Def give you a good price even within your 150 budget Its a good card my edition is the zotac mini 3gb gtx 1060 it runs really well in all games but I just want to higher as I play alot of aaa games there is absolutely nothing wrong with it I haven't used it to much and the temps has always been below 75 and never been Overclocked at all.

The reason it's best that they match is because most times ram will only run stable as fast as the slowest stick, if you have more than one stick. So if you pair slow ram with fast ram, you have wasted money on the fast ram.

On the videocard, I assume you are going to stick to your budget. So the fastest 1050 Ti that fits in your budget is the one to get. Don't break the budget just to get something clocked slightly faster, in the end a 1050 Ti is a 1050 Ti.
