Will my PC be good enough to run a 144hz monitor

Right now I get about 200 FPS with my current PC (GTX 750 Ti) (i3-6100) on a 900p monitor 60Hz. If I upgrade my PC to a GTX 1060 3Gb and i5-6600 then will my PC be able to handle a 1080p 144hz monitor on games like CSGO and Arma 3?

I'm not sure you'd be able to handle Arma 3 man but csgo will be fine. With those specs there's not too much benefit to getting 144hz unless you're only playing games like csgo or overwatch or something like that. Up to you though mate I mean either way 144hz is really smooth so your eyes will have a nicer time on windows. But really as long as you're getting over 60fps it'll be a big improvement. Personally I just upgraded my pc instead of worrying about monitors, I'd get a 144hz monitor but my 60hz works fine, no sense swapping out something that isn't broken.

Yeah, the only reason I want to switch out my monitor is because my current one is 19.5 inches and 900p 60hz so it's nothing special. At the moment, arma 3 seems to be the only game which is hard to run on my pc. I don't care much for 144hz arma 3 by i want to at least get a 1080p 2 inch monitor. It sounds like it would be fine in my eyes by i really appreciate your opinion :)
