So my Alienware prebuilt PC has been giving me problems and its been like 4 years so figured its time to get a new PC. I have around 2500 dollar budget to work with to build. Mostly play League of Legends and CS:GO but like a good bit of people have a bunch of games sitting in steam library waiting to be played. Would like to try out VR in the future aswell. I stream occasionally so something that could do that as well would be nice. Mainly looking for builds and answers to my complete noob questions. Was originally checking out http:// but figured i make a post first. Thanks for the help.

Included 144 Hz 1440p monitor. Should slay anything for years to come and look good doing it (assuming you like black/white)

Was planning on just using the keyboard, mouse, and moniter that i have for a bit then upgrade. Unless having a shitty moniter would effect the PC some how.

Your monitor won't hurt anything but it will make a $2500 computer play like a $1200 computer until you do upgrade to something like what I added to top build. If you'd prefer to bat crap crazy on the computer and get a good monitor later here is what that'd look like

Say I went with the i7-6850k to save some money instead of the 6900k. What would u do with the money saved from that?Think one GPU is good and i might add one in the coming years. So other than adding another GPU that is what you think. Thanks again hopefully not bothering you to much.

SLI is pointless anymore. Gives like a 30% boost at best and zero in many cases. Strickly gaming speaking a 6800k and 6900k aren't much different. 6850 only benefit is more PCI lanes which only help if using SLI, which really does nothing. Tried to sneak a Titan in there but I had to trim too much off the the top build to make it worthwhile.
