403 Unauthorized accessing PM

I am unable to do anything other than create threads. I read that a single post might fix it, but I can't reply either.

Giving this thread a shot to see if it fixes the issue.

I cannot access my PM messages and cannot reply to any existing threads. Can someone review my account permissions please?
