Thin Vertical Line

I have an Asus VG248QE Monitor; a 144hz monitor, and I just built my new gaming computer; specs are below. There is a thin vertical red line that is about 2/3 of the screen, and I am wondering if anyone knows the solution to this problem. When I turn my hertz of the monitor down to 60 the line is not visible, it is only visible to 100+ hz. If you have an answer please post it below! Thanks!

Gpu: Gtx 1070 Superclock

Definitely looks like something wrong with the monitor. Not sure if there is any reliable fix for that. I recommend getting help from ASUS. Maybe RMA it, or talk to support.
