Windows 10 Stuck on Login

Hello,

Today I turned on my Windows 10 machine, and while it turns on, and displays a background, it absolutely will not show a login box. I can't login, I can't open anything. I've tried:
-- Logining in blind
-- Resetting to system image via USB
-- Restoring the operating system via USB

Nothing gets me to the login box.

I could use suggestions on how to get my computer running. Thank you so much!

Does it display mouse cursor on the screen?
Can you start task manager via Ctrl+Alt+Del?

It doesn't display any cursor, and Ctrl+Alt-Del does nothing.

Does it show the 3 icons at bottom of previous page? Is it showing you attached to a network as sometimes if it shows you d/c it won't show that login box.

boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up repair - this will scan PC and maybe fix this - will ask for logon info

Is the USB you are using a win 10 installer? If not, on another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

I would copy everything off C and fresh install win 10
Boot from installer and follow this guide: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will install and reactivate itself

This should fix the login page problem.
