Continuous beeping noise and laggy computer

I'm currently on Windows 10 Insider preview 15025 (fast preview). There's a beeping noise that happens every here and there, and the sound is coming from my headphones not my pc, and my cursor moves around the screen in a very laggy slow motion. Is this just something wrong with the preview or something wrong with my pc? I went to the sounds tab and checked if such beeps indicate something Windows is trying to say, but there was nothing. All of my components' temps are sitting at 30-35C

Windows doesn't talk in beep codes, they can be bios warnings or can be as simple as a button stuck down on keyboard.

I could also guess its a driver that doesn't work on the preview yet.

Have a look in device manager and see if any devices unknown there. You can try updating mouse/keyboard/USB drivers or Graphics drivers
