New PC Build monitor not tv connect

so i just built this pc literally 2 nights ago and it turns on and all fans work no problem but wont connect to monitor throught VGA nor tv through HDMI my motherboard lights up if something isnt working I had the light on for ram but i disconnected them and connected them back and it went off but still nothing please help!

Try connecting the monitor to the graphics card, not motherboard. What video cable using?

tried that already and nothing. I disconnected the graphics card and hooked up HDMI to MB and it worked. (BTW no OS yet)

I reconnected the GPU and nothing again and disconnected it and tried connectng to MB and now the CPU Debug light is on, on the MB.
