Need Help! Gaming PC Build!

Hey , so i'm looking to build a PC mainly for gaming maybe some video rendering, recording videos, photo editing and some more.

The PC's main use will be for high end gaming and maybe recording simultaneously.
The price will need to be between $3000-$3200 AUD.

The build will need a Monitor good enough to play at 1080p possibly higher (thinking about dual monitors but that would increase costs..), WiFi capabilities, good GPU and CPU etc. I will need to buy an OS, probably will be Windows 10 but can most likely get it from Kinguin or somewhere else. I would also prefer the same website for the majority of parts (to reduce shipping costs). Also having an SSD and a hard drive would be good. Possible speakers aswell.

I might need to also buy a keyboard and a mouse.
I want to be able to overclock and i would like it to be quiet. No need for LED's or anything super fancy but a window on the case would be preferable.
