Cloning Boot Drive

I am on Windows 10. Going from a Seagate 1tb (boot drive) to a Seagate 2tb drive. Do I need to partition the 2tb drive before using Macrium to clone or is it just simply initialize the 2tb, clone by C drive and plug in the 2tb?

No, you don't to do any partitioning but you may end up with 1GB partition(s) and may have to initialize the rest.
