So yesterday, smart me tried to alter with the Msconfig startup system and I definitely have disabled something. Now i am continuously getting this blue screen error and my laptop won't start at all. I tried everything to get into recovery mode or safe mode but none of the suggested advise helped.

I've even tried 3 hard power offf as they said it will force my system to go into recovery mode but it didn't. I just want to access the recovery mode because I know the fix will be there but I have no fricken idea how to get to that. Any help would be highly appreciated..

My laptop is Lenovo flex 2-14

how far did you get with instructions? when did you get the error?

Disconnect all peripheral devices except your monitor and a USB Keyboard and a USB mouse. No external hard drives or USB ThumbDrives, no USB dongles supporting wireless devices.
See if the machine will boot now.
If not you may need to boot your machine from the installation media and use the Repair your PC link on the second page after startup to access the advanced troubleshooting options and attempt a startup repair.

What message is BSOD saying? bad config? does it mention a file name?

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

if you get to safe mode (as sometimes the Boot options menu isn't there), right click start button
choose run...
type MSCONFIG
set start to normal start & see if that fixes it.

If start up options isn't there, choose start up repair instead and run it and see if it helps.

It doesn't mention a file name it just says stopcode: bad system config. When downloading the media creation tool, should i choose usb or iso?

It went to recovery window and it's now saying "An unexpected I/O error has occured". Error code: 0xc0000e9. "This problem can happen when removable storage device is removed while it's in use or is failing. Properly connecting any removable storage and restarting your pc may fix the problem.
