I got this in the past 2 monitors that I had.

Im currently with the acer xb321hu monitor and i just noticed this very very little white dot like a hot or stuck pixel. Its only visible when looking at it from the side.

How can i fix it ?

I thought it was a bit of dirt , but its very small and only seen when looked from the side . Its barely noticeable but i was inspecting the monitor yesterday as i got it for a week and i noticed it. I cant even get it on a picture.

Is it a stuck or hit pixel ?

That's called a dead pixel. It's irreversible.
I also have one, and I can tell you don't see it unless your monitor is displaying black.
I think that if you have too many dead pixels you can have a refund, but i'm not sure...

It's not a deal pixel I'm sure. I can only see it on white background.

I meant uniform background sorry. I'm pretty sure that it's a dead pixel.

Why did I get this type of pixel on all of my previous 4 monitors. I had the acer z321q , and changed 3 of them due to the problem. I now decided to change the model and I have this on this monitor as well. Can i try a stuck/dead pixel fixer ? like :

Well, dead pixels are quite random, I think it depends on your monitors quality but i'm not 100% sure. But don't worry, you don't notice it unless you look very close.
