Long story short, my newly built PC works without the GPU with the motherboard through the HDMI cord.

However, when I put in the GPU into the motherboard I can't see any display. All I see is a black screen that says "No Signal".

When the GPU is plugged into the motherboard I can hear the fans spinning meaning that (to my knowledge) that is working.

My PC Build:

i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz
GTX 1060 6GB
8GB of RAM
500W PSU EVGA 80+ Silver
Gigabyte H110M-A

My GPU is in the motherboard with the fans rolling but there is no display. If I remove the GPU and leave it as the motherboard I'll see my display and everything'll be alright without a GPU.

It is properly connected. The GPU is running fine as I said. It's just that there is no display through the HDMI.

I put it into the PCI express x16 and it doesn't work. Is there any other problem that there could be other than RMAing the card?

This doesnt answer my question. Where is your HDMI cable plugged in to when the GPU is installed?
