32gb system memory win10 only using 2 gb. what is best way to configure ram?

do you have access to all 32gb? what shows in task manager/performance on the memory icon? can you show a screen shot?

right click This PC on desktop, choose properties, how much ram is showing as available?

If you can access all 32gb and only using 2gb, that isn't a problem
