Wondering if the MSI 970A GAMING PRO CARBON AM3+/AM3 MOBO is compatible with Windows 10, and I'd I need to update the bios prior to installing an AMD FX-8350 Black Edition?

Yes it's compatible with windows 10 and no BIOS update is needed for the 8350.
