What RAM should I get?

I have a Dell Inspiron (I know its old) with a Dell Inc. 0C2KJT motherboard. I'm wondering what type of RAM I should buy? My current installed memory (RAM) is 4GB (3.80GB usable) and I'm wondering how to get it up to around 8GB - 16GB with a RAM under 50$?
