HDMI to DVI Converter

I want to be able to connect my Xbox One to the HDTV and have it do audio as well.

Would these be able to let me do HDMI to DVI with audio or am I missing something here? I can't remember what to do. Do I need RCA cables?

DVI doesn't support audio. The cable will provide video. The converter will provide audio on a separate cable from the DVI. You could use the converter if you wanted to send the audio to a home stereo. Neither of them will put audio on your HDTV.
