New head unit for my Fiat Punto GT1 1994 model.

Hello everyone i would like to upgrade my head unit to a newer one with usb/bt/3 rca for amps and such . Which one should i go for and is there any differences between them ?

The only difference I see is that DEH-X7800DAB has Digital Radio (DAB+)
which I'm not familiar with. We don't have that here. Unless you listen to that I would go for the cheaper one since I don't listen to radio of any sort. Just my own music. I imagine the DEH-X5900BT is a little less.
