4k settings available?

I am trying to figure out how to setup my PC better, i recently added a 2nd monitor that is 4k to replace my dead 1080p 2nd monitor. So now i have 1) 4k monitor and 1) 1080p monitor. I find that the screens struggle to function properly. All my programs on the 4k monitor seem to not scale properly or something, because for example steam opens up as a microscopic view, can barely read the text on the screen.

What GPU do you have?

most software is not 4k native but 1080p native. You can play round with windows settings to make the text a bit bigger.
