Resolution stuck at 1024x748 on windows 10, NVIDIA GTX 960

My resolution is stuck at 1024x748. I have a Nvidia GTX 960 graphics card and have already updated my drivers, yet it is still greyed out. Everything I look up says update your drivers (Which I just did using NVidia GeForce experience), and then restart. I have restarted multiple times and it is still greyed out.

Apparently I just had to restart a 5th time.
