Windows 10 product key help

So I've made my own first gaming pc. My friend has given me a windows 10 64 bit os. However there is no product key attracted with it but has a sticker suggesting to check chassis for product key which neither of use have. What do I do? The os is in forms of a cd

Like he was saying the disk doesn't mean anything the COA is what you need. If you have a COA you can download a disk from Microsoft by using the media creation tool.
