The issue started 1 year ago when i switched from win 7 to win 8. Now, i use win 10 and it's worse.
Something makes my mouse keep momentarily (up to 2 sec) freeze/unfreeze. It's not system freeze because everything else works except mouse or cursor during these times and if i continue to use my mouse during these freezes it does every command in instant after release. I tried the mouse in other systems, no problem.
It sometimes goes away when i restart, but after another restart it's back. It does it even in no load (idle).
It's a wired, usb mouse on desktop system (No touchpads)
Things i tried ;
Re-install windows
Mouse drivers
Uncheck power save options in windows
I googled and saw many people having that problem after win8 and above and still no actual fix for this.
