LG 27UD68 have only 4K 30HZ option and not 60HZ

HI !
I bought a monitor lg 27ud68 with supports 60hz through hdmi 2.0 cable.
I am using the laptop lenovo y50-70 which supports only hdmi 1.4 (gtx 960m) but should run 4k 60hz with the nvidia driver. but its not working, 30hz option is the best i can choose.
The cable is hdmi 2.0 for sure cause i connected the laptop to another samsung 4k tv in 60hz.
I installed the LG driver just to be sure that maybe he needs them.
Also in the menu, the setting "HDMI ULTRA HD DEEP COLOR" is ON.

HDMI 1.4 from my knowledge only supports 4k at 30hz. When you connected your laptop to the samsung TV are you sure it was running at 4k?

I have the same monitor and was seeing the same thing, except I have a Radeon RX 480 that for sure supports HDMI 2.0.

The fix is to go in the Monitor menu and make sure "Ratio" under "Quick Settings" is 1:1 or Original (NOT Wide). For me it was set to Wide when I got it, and when in "Wide" it limits to 30Hz.

Thank you for your Help I purchased the LG 27UD69, and had a similar issue, but couldn't get a resolution higher than 1920 X 1080 or a refresh of 30Hz. Fixing the aspect ratio solved the problem.
