Hi,
I am looking to buy some ram for a new build and considering between the following:
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz - CMK32GX4M2A2400C14

Kingston HyperX Fury Black 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit HX424C15FBK2/32

Crucial Ballistix Sport LT RAM Module - 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) - DDR4 SDRAM - 2400 MHz DDR4-2400/PC4-19200 - 1.20 V - Non-ECC - Unbuffered - CL17 - 288-pin - DIMM BLS2C16G4D240FSC

I was wondering what everyone recommended and why or is there not much difference between them?

Thanks

The corsair vegenance has the best timings of the 3 at CL14, with the crucial being the slowest at CL17. CL17@2400mhz is not very good considering what many other sticks are capable of at that speed. Do you need 32gb? I would only recommend that for content creation or other workstation tasks, if you are just building a gaming pc 16gb is more than enough, 32gb would be a waste.

Thanks for that! I will be using it for a little bit of gaming but I primarily want it for music production and software development. I have been running into out of memory exception's for a long time when producing so want something that is future proof for awhile!

So would you recommend the corsair sticks if looking for 2x16gb 2400 mhz memory? Or would you possibly recommend anything else?

How much would you be paying for the corsair sticks? Any color preference? The cheapest I could find is $220 US on newegg. Which is kind of expensive for 2400mhz sticks.

Also you will need a Z270 or Z170 chipset mobo to run DDR4 beyond 2133mhz, if you didn't already know.

For $220 you can get some very good g skill trident z 3000mhz CL14: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/D2mxFT/gskill-memory-f43000c14d32gtz

G-SKILL 2400mhz for $180: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/bj2rxr/gskill-memory-f42400c15d32gvr

it will be a z270 mobo and no colour preference as the case will not have a window. Unfortunately i'm in the UK and the site i'm looking at doing my build off(novatech) is doing the Corsair for about £189 (roughly 235 usd). This is also the cheapest of 2x16gb stick on that site and unfortunately Novatech dont have the g.skill one you mentioned. I think other sites like overclockers were more expensive again. Is the G.Skill alot better than the Corsair? Also does the G.Skill have quite a high heat sink on it? Just wondering if it will cause issues with my planned cpu cooler (noctua nh-u14s)

Thanks
