H110M-S2H no display on HDMI or VGA

I have a h110M- S2H motherboard, whilst everything is plugged in (mouse keyboard gcard processor ram ect) everything seems to work fine however i get no display through my HDMI i have tried to display through both the gcard and mobo any help!? I know the gcard, psu, monitor and cables work fine as they were from my previous build but the ram, mobo and cpu are all new.

Setup:
1060 Zotac mini 6GB
i3 6100 3.7ghz
corsair 750 PSU
8gb ddr4 crucial 2133mhz

I have attempted only using tv and monitor and yet I still have no luck unfortunately :/

ok I managed to gain a replacement mobo and it was that the display ports were both broken. Thanks a lot for replying though appreciate it
