My Tracked threads missing

Can someone tell me how to retrieve all my tracked threads?... seems I pushed the wrong link and they were removed... I can't find the right link to get them back... I need to check back on them regularly and would really like to recover them.

No, I'm asking about recovering the full history of pages where I can access all the threads which I've participated on for more than 5 years.

sometimes the button "unread answers only" gets toggled, and thus, it doesn't show you any threads if you have read all of them.

Yeah! that did it... I thought I had deleted five years of answers.. but I can't delete them accidentally can I?. Don't want to accidentally push the wrong link and really delete them next time.
