1440p 60hz IPS 6ms vs 1080p 144hz TN 1ms vs 1080p 60hz IPS 5ms

Can any one suggest me a good monitor between these 3 types of monitor?

I'm using a GTX 970 with an Intel i7 6700(non-k) and 240 GB SSD paired with a 1TB HDD.

These are the only 3 monitor that have in stock for my country (Cambodia)

The Dell 1440p 60 Hz LED IPS 6ms cost $325

The Asus 1080p 144hz TN 1ms cost $199

The AOC 1080p 60hz LED IPS 5ms cost $165

If you guys have better suggestion please let me know. Thanks.

Depends on what you plan on doing with them, if you play games like counter strike and other competitive shooters, the Asus for sure. If you play casual games and mostly do desktop work but don't think that the 1440p monitor is worth the extra cost, then the AOC. If you do a lot of desktop work and not much gaming and need the extra pixel density, then the 1440p monitor is best. It's all about your uses, people don't buy a bigger car because it's "better," they buy it because they need the extra space.

Just make sure you have a displayport cable or a Dual-Link DVI cable, otherwise you're not gonna be able to get 144hz. The monitor should come with a DP cable
